Loss(-)/Gain(+): -6.5 lbs

Well, I’m up 0.9 from my unofficial weigh-in 2 days ago, but that is easily explained by the fact that I’m taking cold medicine (the liquid stuff just works better at night) and sugar-free lozenges (which do contain some carbs). Every time I’ve been on a low-carb eating plan and had a cold my weight loss stalls because of taking those items. However, it’s not really a stall because overall I’m down for the week.
In 20 weeks I’ve lost 55.1 pounds. No bad. But I have a lot more I want to lose left. Just under 50% there.

Even with the month of June basically a wash I still have great weekly/monthly averages.
Somehow it feels like it’s happening at a slower rate this time, but i know it’s not. I guess I’m just impatient.
There have been a few things in my closet I’ve put away into fat bags, but for the most part I’m still wearing a lot of the 3x and 2x t-shirts I started out with in February. I’m not as interested in spending money along the way to showcase my new body, but I probably should go out and spend a little money on a couple of well-fitting shorts and t-shirts to get through the next few weeks when I have occasions to wear something that actually fits.
