People it’s day 3 of back to Ideal Protein principles. Now that my life (stress) has calmed down a bit I really want to get the weight off that I put on, and then some.
It wouldn’t be my blog if I didn’t share my plan of attack…so without further ado….
I’m on a homemade “IP like” program. What does this mean? It means under 50 carbs a day, along with the principles of IP that include at least 8 cups of water per day, a good amount of supplements, avoiding fake sugar, and plenty of green vegetables.
I have the usual Day 3 sugar withdrawal headache. The one that aspirin does NOT really help, but I take the aspirin just to pretend like I’m doing something to make it better. LOL. Tomorrow should be better.
I’m going to drop some weight, fit into more of my clothes, all in preparation for my next trip coming up on August 31st!!!!! Then I will splurge some on my vacay, then I may switch over to a more moderate weight loss plan. Basically I just want to drop some weight quickly to fit into more of my clothes and prepare for my vacay….then figure out the rest after.
